McCall Mountain/Canyon Flying Seminars provides aviation safety
training and educational introduction to the special type of
airmanship skills and knowledge needed to operate safely in the
unique environment of the mountain and canyons in the Idaho and
Utah backcountry.
McCall Mountain Canyon Flying works with the FAA, and State
Division of Aeronautics in various regions on aviation safety
issues. In addition to her own courses, Lori conducts aviation
safety seminars for general aviation pilots and many advanced
specialty groups such as US Border Patrol, US Forest Service,
and National Transportation Safety Board.
This course typically includes 14 hours of ground instruction
and approximately 9 hours of dual flight instruction. The

The FAA has reviewed the program for content and operation and
found it to meet all requirements for the FAA Pilot Proficiency
program. In addition, the course meets requirements for the
Pilot's Bi-Annual Flight Review.
