Tail Wheel Endorsement
Get your tail wheel endorsement with us! Either in your tail wheel aircraft or you can rent ours! We have a Super Cub with 180hp, totally redone (see photo above). This aircraft rents for $220 per hour (price subject to change with fuel increases). Instruction fees are $110/hour for flight instruction and $95/hour for ground instruction. We have found that the hours spent on the tail wheel sign-off can be anywhere from 10-15 hours depending on all factors involved. Meaning if you've ever had any time in a conventional wheel aircraft? Experienced cross-wind landings and wheel landings? We do most of the training off-pavement so you will experience some of our wonderful backcountry as well!
